How a hire agreement is set up

| Hire rate | Fixed monthly amount per asset, plus GST, invoiced in arrears. |
| Term | Agreed per asset, typically matched to its useful life or finance term. |
| Registration & insurance | Held and renewed by Nulstel for vehicles and registrable plant. |
| Servicing & repairs | Scheduled servicing included. Damage outside fair wear and tear is recharged. |
| Fuel & running costs | Paid by the hirer unless agreed otherwise. |
| End of term | Return, extend at a reviewed rate, or replace with a new asset. |
